Which cylinder size should I choose?
A 9kg cylinder suits braais and lighter home use, 19kg is a popular household option for kitchens and geysers, and 48kg is designed for larger or commercial demand. Contact us if you are unsure.
How does a cylinder exchange work?
Choose the matching cylinder size, add the exchange to your cart and have your empty cylinder ready when we arrive. First-time customer or changing sizes? WhatsApp us before ordering so we can guide you.
Are the cylinders checked for safety?
Yes. Every exchange cylinder is inspected and leak-tested before delivery so it arrives ready for safe connection and use.
How quickly can my order arrive?
Same-day delivery is available in our Centurion and Midrand service areas at no extra delivery cost. Timing depends on stock, order time and the active delivery route.
What does the R500 installation assessment cover?
The R500 covers the technician call-out and on-site assessment. Installation labour, materials and compliance requirements are quoted separately after the visit.
