Where does Green Gas deliver?

We provide free online-checkout delivery in Centurion and Midrand. If you are nearby but outside these areas, contact us to ask about scheduled-route availability.

Is cylinder delivery free?

Standard cylinder exchange delivery is free within Centurion and Midrand. Accessories, deposits or replacement cylinders may be quoted separately when required.

Is same-day delivery guaranteed?

Same-day delivery is available and prioritised in our service area, subject to stock, order time and the active route. We operate from 7am to 6pm, including weekends and public holidays.

Which cylinder size should I choose?

A 9kg cylinder suits lighter home use, braais and portable heaters. A 19kg cylinder is popular for household kitchens and geysers. A 48kg cylinder suits larger commercial or bulk demand.

How does a cylinder exchange work?

Order the matching cylinder size and have the empty cylinder ready. Our delivery team swaps it, checks the valve and connection, and hands over the inspected exchange. First-time customers or customers changing sizes should contact us first.

Do you support business or bulk gas supply?

Yes. We offer 48kg exchange planning for restaurants, lodges, kitchens, schools and small businesses. Contact our team to discuss usage and delivery requirements.

Are exchange cylinders checked for safety?

Every exchange cylinder is inspected and leak-tested before delivery. Follow safe connection, storage and ventilation guidance, and contact us whenever you are unsure.

How should an LP gas cylinder be stored?

Keep cylinders upright, secure and ventilated, away from flames and ignition sources. Use compliant regulators and ask Green Gas if you are uncertain about a connection or cylinder location.

What does the R500 installation assessment cover?

The R500 covers the technician call-out and on-site assessment. We review appliance needs, cylinder position, ventilation, pipe routing and access. Installation labour, materials and compliance work are quoted separately afterward.

Which payment options are available?

Available checkout options include online card payment through iKhokha, arranged payment on delivery and EFT or bank-transfer confirmation. The methods shown at checkout are the current available options.

How do I track my order?

Open Track Order and enter the Green Gas order number received after checkout. Email is optional. Tracking can show delivery status, address, items, totals and map information when available.

What should I do if tracking or payment cannot be found?

Check the order number and try again. If the order or payment still cannot be found, contact us on WhatsApp or phone at 060 133 3381 for assistance.
